By accessing or using PDFGeneratorFree ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Use of the Service
PDFGeneratorFree grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial document processing purposes. You may not use the Service to process files that contain illegal content, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable law. Automated bulk usage is subject to our API terms and rate limits.
Acceptable use policy
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or distribute files that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you upload. By using the Service, you grant PDFGeneratorFree a temporary, limited license solely to perform the requested conversion or processing. This license expires upon file deletion (within 60 minutes of upload). We claim no ownership over your documents at any point.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PDFGeneratorFree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed USD $10.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
